At the helm is our owner and service manager, born and raised on the island of Oʻahu before making Colorado home more than a decade ago. She grew up visiting coffee farms, then stepped straight from high school behind the espresso bar — earning her stripes as a barista and taking home a few local competition wins along the way — before finding her happy place tinkering on the machines that produce the amazing elixir that is coffee. Ask her about her favorite letter and she'll tell you it's C, for her top three: coffee, chocolate, and cheese.
